Neo Victorian Image Capture

Foamcore pinhole image of Bridge 189.

One of the things I love about pinhole photography – and alternative processes in general – is the dated look you get.
This canal bridge, Number 184 on the Grand Union, was built in The late 1800’s. I took the picture in October 2018 using a pinhole camera I built out of Foamcore
This pic shows the camera in place – it was a 25 minute exposure.

The 5x7 Foamcore during exposure.

I am trying to keep an analogue workflow going with these images and printing the paper negatives in my Guerilla Darkroom but as winter gives way to spring the lighter nights may well mean I have to resort to scanning and Photoshopping them.
